Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Yeshua Vérité.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during new drops, high order volume, weekends, or holidays.

Shipping rates and delivery times are shown at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Yeshua Vérité is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other issues outside of our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is shipped to the wrong address because of customer error, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at yeshua.verite@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the wrong item was sent or the item arrived damaged due to our error.
