Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Yeshua Vérité. Each piece is made with care, and we want you to be happy with your order.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in the original condition with tags and packaging included.

To start a return, please contact us at yeshua.verite@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

Items that are worn, washed, damaged, stained, missing tags, or not in original packaging cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be sent back to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Limited drop items may sell out, so exchanges are not guaranteed and depend on available inventory.

Yeshua Vérité reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet this policy.
